Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. For visitors from the EU, the GDPR also applies; for visitors from Switzerland, the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, the server processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Log data is deleted automatically after a short time.

3. Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company if given, message) solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). To send the message we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany) as a processor. Your data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.

4. Load time measurement (without consent)

We use Vercel Speed Insights to monitor how fast our pages load. Only technical measurements are collected, in aggregated form. No cookies are set and no profiles are created. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a technically sound website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

5. Analytics with PostHog (only with your consent)

If you consent, we use PostHog to analyse how the website is used. For European customers, PostHog processes data in the European Union (data centre in Frankfurt am Main). We have concluded a data processing agreement with PostHog.

We collect pages viewed, time spent, scrolling, clicks, referring source, approximate location at regional level, device type and browser. From this we create heatmaps and, to a limited extent, session recordings to understand which content is read and where visitors get stuck. Input in form fields is technically masked and not recorded.

This processing stores and reads information on your device. The legal basis is therefore your consent under Section 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without your consent PostHog is not loaded, and no connection to PostHog takes place.

Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, delete this site's data in your browser or write to us informally at info@pnkmedia.com.

6. No advertising cookies

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies and do not track you across websites for advertising purposes. Your colour scheme choice is stored only locally in your browser.

7. Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or to meet legal obligations, and delete it afterwards.
